CANCELATIONS & REFUND POLICY

Unlimited Editing, Subscriptions, & General Client Services

(Photo/Video/Social Management, Single Projects, etc)

Our Service Guarantee

We have a 14-day money-back guarantee that begins the moment you purchase and ends 14 days from that time. If you are unhappy with our services for any reason you are free to cancel your account at any time during the first 14 days and receive a full refund upon request. You can keep any edits we have rendered for you as thanks for giving us a try. We do not have long term contracts so you are still free to cancel your account at any point in time, however, if it’s past the first 14 days you will not receive a refund.

Additionally, if you cancel your account after you have been billed for a new month, we will not grant refunds in this case. We provide monthly billing email reminders several days before your bill hits to give you ample time to close your account prior to being billed. Just like most subscription services. Whenever you cancel your account, regardless of when that may be, you will keep what time you have paid for, and your account will officially close at the end of the billing cycle. We will continue to render services for the time remaining unless explicitly requested not to.

Outside of the above, We do not provide refunds for services rendered of any kind. We make no promises about our services and what they can do for you or your business. Your results may vary. If you are ever unsatisfied with our services please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. If terms cannot be met, we can terminate our agreement/project. Likewise, if we cannot get you to deliver on your part of the project, we may release you as a client too. A lot of services we offer hinge on acccess, software, and a lot of variables that are beyond our control.

Training Courses

We have a strict no refund policy on all digital training courses. Due to the nature of their accessability, and our affiliate programs, we cannot grant refunds for these types of products for any reason. If you ever have an issue with a course please feel free to reach out. Some courses we sell may override this policy with a policy of their own. In these cases, you will see the standalone policy on the course sales page.

General Product Refunds

General products are products that we sell in our online store, as well as occasionally in standalone product offerings through various outside sales funnels. We go through extreme precautions to ensure high-quality products and packaging for all items that are both sold and shipped by us. For these products, we accept returns on damaged products only if they are requested within (5) calendar days of delivery confirmation. If this is the case you will return the item to us and (if we can) we will send you a new replacement product. Being we cannot control how the postal service will treat your package, we ask that you cover the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs back to you. In the event we cannot replace the product, you will receive a full refund including any shipping or taxes. For products shipped and sold by us, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any other reason.

There are products that we sell that are not shipped by us (Dropshipped). These products have a 10-day return/refund window for damaged or lost orders only. All sales are otherwise final. Again, we go through extreme efforts to assure our products and services are top of the line. If you ever have issues or questions please contact us as we strive for great feedback and want you to have a pleasant experience with us. We will always do our best to make it right and make you happy.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping note: Some of our products ship from Primal Optics HQ here in the great state of Tennessee, and some of our products are 3rd party products that ship from our fulfillment partners across the globe. For this reason, and due to high demand, the shipping time frame on any 3rd party products can vary between 2-4 weeks but depending on where you live and where it ships from, it could arrive sooner. We use our USA fulfillment centers as much as possible. When products ship from these fulfillment centers, you can expect much faster shipping (7-14 days).

For products that are shipped by us here at Primal Optics HQ, you can expect normal delivery times. Typically 3-5 days. You will know whether a product is shipped by us, or one of our fulfillment centers by looking at the product vendor on any individual product page. If you see any vendor name other than “Primal Optics” it means it’s shipped from one of our fulfillment centers. As always, if you have order questions please reach out to us. It’s our primary mission to get your orders processed and shipped as fast as possible.
